I don't have a provider. I provide for myself and use whatever paths are available for connectivity. Or maybe it's saying that I should petition the government or "faith-based" organization for permission to talk to others. I can't help notice various errors in these messages. This one lacks a space after the period and an apostrophe in providers. The Roadrunner page that explains their policy misspells separate. I make enough of my own spelling mistakes to be accepting of the foibles of others. I can't help, however, but see these errors as indicative of the sloppy thinking behind such policies.
